Diverse quality housing

350 new homes and 1,000 rental units

Addu City is planning to attract professionals, skilled workers, and returning families. Accelerating housing delivery is essential to attract residents, and we will deliver new sustainable homes for families. To support Addu's transformation into a destination for wellness, education, aviation, and business, we will deliver spacious apartments across low-rise (3-4 storey) apartment buildings, providing high-quality accommodation for professionals and their families. These apartments will feature generous living spaces, lift access, secure parking, and energy-efficient design, offering an attractive lifestyle for professionals, entrepreneurs, and skilled workers. Together with complementary initiatives for affordable rental accommodation and mixed-use neighbourhoods, this goal will create attractive liveable communities.
